While at the Chat and Chew Brunch Zandra realizes that while she is pretty good at balancing life she has forgotten what makes her happy.
The Chat and Chew series was birthed shortly after sending out surveys to some sisters online to get their thoughts in regard to self care. The survey left me with an overwhelming feeling that many of us were not pouring enough into our selves personally. The thought was to create an intimate gathering and have a candid conversation around self care that we could use to jumpstart a community wide convo. The conversation was recorded as a way to invite you in to share your thoughts and feelings in regards to the topic. The goal is to continue Chat and Chew segments with a large range of Black Women to gain varying perspective on what it takes to lead a meaningful and happy life centered around loving yourself with meaningful actions.
